Love Your Selfie Kit
That moment you fall in love with your very first eyeshadow palette, is definitely how I felt when I tried this for the very first time. Before trying out this palette, I had never tried any of PUR Cosmetics products before. If you are new to this brand one thing I learned is that they are the destination around the globe for the best skincare resolutions and skin perfecting makeup. All of their products are 100% cruelty free. Before we jump into my review I would like to talk about a few things I like to think about or look for when trying and reviewing a new brand. I have browsed their sight and one thing I noticed off the bat is the huge variety of products they have, which is a huge plus! I also like to look at the price point is the product I'm trying overly priced or worth it. Considering this is the first product I have ever I can only base it off of this product itself. I received this in a giveaway so I was very excited to try this brand for the very first time, not to mention you can never own to many eyeshadow palettes!
When I first received this in the mail and opened this baby up, I literally opened my mouth and was like wow. The packaging was gorgeous very sleek and pretty! Inside of the Love Your Selfie kit comes with 8 gorgeous shadows including matte and shimmer shades! You also get a the number one selling lip gloss in the shade Exposed and the BIG Look Mascara! Wait, that's not all plus the top
seller bronzer, blush and highlighter! This little kit is the perfect for trips or on the go! Just take this
baby with you and you will already have everything you need for a gorgeous fabulous look! This kit is currently priced at $39.99, in my opinion this is definitely worth the price!
When it comes to makeup kits or palettes, I like to look at the shades it comes inside especially and think to myself am I really going to use this? Are these shades for me? I absolutely loved the shades inside this kit! There are a great variety! The shades blend very easily, they are extremely pigmented and very buttery! I don't find them chalky at all which I'm so happy about because there's no fall out! As far as the other products inside, the bronzer is VERY pigmented a little goes a really long way! The first time I used it, it was to much but it blends very well so it looked great after it was blended! Same goes for the blush, it's very bright and summery! The highlighter is very pretty, it's not to much but it does make your skin look very healthy! If you have light skin tones you may not like the blush or bronzer because the may be to dark, but the rest is still worth it even if you can't use the other two or you could use a very light hand! The mascara really shocked me, the brush size is very big! Some people may not like that however I do! In my opinion the bigger the brush the bigger it makes your lashes look! It not only helps lengthen them but it gives them volume and spreads them out really well! The gorgeous lip color in Exposed is the perfect everyday shade! It's very pigmented and I layer it over a lipstick and it lasts hours! It doesn't make my lips feel tacky or stick, nor does it slide out of place like most glosses.
After using this kit, I have absolutely fallen in love with it! It's the perfect kit because it's so versatile and would be perfect because it's great for everyday use! They also have a Love Your Selfie 2 kit! It looks about the same except the colors are little darker as far as shadows go! I would absolutely reccomend the Love Your Selfie Kit! I can't wait to hopefully try more products from PUR Cosmetics hopefully soon! If you have any suggestions on what products you like or reccomend from them let me know!
